KES Facilities are here to help. We’re experts in fabricating, installing, servicing and repairing your commercial kitchen canopies and extraction. All of our engineers are Gas safe, highly trained, and experienced in working with many different types of commercial kitchen ventilation systems.
Our extract canopies are designed in accordance with B&ES DW/172 and B&ES DW/144 regulations. They are manufactured from 1.0 mm thick, 430 or 304-grade stainless steel, with a smooth wipe-clean interior finish and with a variety of exterior finishes. Using a folded construction design with fully welded corners, all edges are safety folded inside the filter bank and all around the canopy. Removable and washable baffle grease filters to help comply with grease reduction in your extraction ductwork.
Bulkhead, LED or integral fluorescent lighting can be fitted as an option. The lists can also include fresh air systems, too. Our canopies are custom but can range in size from 1000mm up to any length you require.
Once manufactured, we can also install your kitchen canopy, too. Our technicians are Gas safe and have years of experience in the installation of commercial kitchen equipment, including extract canopies.
Once the fabrication and installation is complete, we don’t forget about you. We recommend that you set up a regular maintenance schedule with us so that any issues can be spotted early and your canopy can stay in the best condition.
In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, we’re on-call 24-hours a day, seven days a week in the Yorkshire area, to help minimise any potential downtime or disruption to your business. Our technicians carry an abundance of spare parts to try and resolve the most common issues on the spot.
