Company and Location

KES Facilities Ltd are specialists in air conditioning, ventilation, extraction installations and breakdowns based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As we do cover Nationally at times working away from home will be required.

Position

Air conditioning/ventilation Installer and breakdown engineer.
Permanent (45 hours basic working week), frequent overtime and an on-call rota system is in place.

Subject to experience and qualifications.

Description

We are currently recruiting a multi-disciplined air conditioning/ventilation installation and breakdown engineer. Preferably the applicant will reside in the West Yorkshire region and have a minimum 2 years work experience, although full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Installation of air conditioning, air handling units and ductwork.
• Diagnosing and rectifying air condition errors and breakdowns.
• Creating service reports.
• Responsible for company vehicle/tools and van stock levels.
• Customer focussed with an eye for detail.
• Ensuring first class service.
• Liaising with customers, project managers and contractors.
• Teamwork.

• Full UK Driving Licence
